Visionary Window Tint provides residential and commercial window tinting services throughout Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sanibel, and surrounding areas.

Services

Visionary Window Tint provides professional window film installation for residential and commercial applications. Our services include ceramic, 3M, security, and privacy window films.

All quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you submit. Final pricing is confirmed upon inspection of the property before installation begins.

Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. It is a request for an estimate. We will contact you to provide a quote and, if accepted, to schedule an appointment.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when requesting a quote. We are not responsible for estimates that are inaccurate due to incomplete or misleading information provided by you.

Warranties

Visionary Window Tint offers a lifetime workmanship warranty on installations, covering defects in the application of the film. Film manufacturer warranties are separate and passed through to the customer according to the manufacturer's terms.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or modifications made by anyone other than our authorized installers.

Cancellations & Scheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for certain projects, which will be disclosed before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

Visionary Window Tint is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the film and installation services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing glass conditions, defects, or damage that cannot be reasonably detected prior to installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific installation giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Visionary Window Tint and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
